Hello and welcome to my website. I am an experienced counsellor for adults and young people based in Rotherfield, near Crowborough, East Sussex. 

I work in a relational and collaborative way combined with warmth and integrity within clear ethical boundaries.  I offer a confidential and supportive space for you to bring whatever is troubling you, whether this is a specific issue or a more general feeling that your life is not how you would like it to be.

Therapy can help us to meet life’s challenges with more acceptance and resilience, and to live more at ease within ourselves, our relationships and the world.

I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work according to their ethical framework, which can be found at www.bacp.co.uk.

Alongside my counselling practice I offer Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) for people who feel they would like a different form of therapy from room-based counselling.  I am a senior registered LEAP EFP practitioner; for more information about LEAP visit www.leapequine.com.
